How to update MP350

Unzip the file. Turn on the MP 350 player, select “control panel”, press right arrow key on the screen to enter “other “ interface, then select “update” in storage, and click right arrow again and save modification. So press YES. Plug the USB to the computer first then to the MP 350. Go to the DOWNLOAD file open the file with the STAR icon or its called ISP_V1224_269A, then you will see a window, click SPCA536,m Nand and Normal next press ISP, then you will see a window click the down arrow to go UPDATE go UPDATE SOFTWARE then OS_DC290_V121 After your in that file click YES. Wait until your computer pop up the You should see a file called MASS STORAGE, NO NAME DRIVE, or REMOVABLE DRIVE.

1) Install the Driver for Win 98

2) After you unzipped the file. You should see two folders, DownloadTool and UpdateSfotware under Update folder.

2) Now Turn on the MP 350 player, select “control panel”, press right arrow key on the screen to enter “other “ interface, then select “update” in storage, and click right arrow again and save modification. So press YES. Plug the USB to the computer first then to the MP 350.

3) Go to the DOWNLOAD file open the file with the STAR icon or its called ISP_V1224_269A,

4) then you will see a window, click SPCA536,m Nand and Normal next press ISP,

After you click ISP, you should get a message as below

5) then you will see a window click the down arrow to go UPDATE go UPDATE SOFTWARE then OS_DC290_V121

6) The screen will pop up a new message as below. Please click YES. Wait for a few minutes until your MP350 device restarts. Then safely remove the MP 350 from the computer and you are succeffully update.
